Ordering Instructions

In-cooler, Incoming Inventory and Preorder Product

Step 1:
Sign in to your account at the top right hand corner of the Stems web site. If you do not currently have an account and would like one, check out our New Customer information page.

Step 2:
Choose the product catalog of your choosing and enter a needed date to determine product availability for your desired date.

Step 3:
Add desired products to your cart/Request for Product and use the “Notes� fields to tell us needed specifices for that product

Step 4:
Follow check-out process which will send Stems a Request for product submission and your company an aknowlledgement of your order

Step 5:
Stems will reply within 24 hours with a final estimate and availability of your chosen product via email. In-cooler product request will be replied within one hour.

Step 6:
Accept, Modify, or Cancel your order by clicking on the included links within your emailed estimate.

Ordering Note:

All orders including in-cooler inventory are considered “Request-for-Product� until confirmed by Stems and accepted by you the purchaser.
